Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist with deep expertise in MBS, CMBS, RMBS, ABS, CLOs, and broader securitized products .
This is a client-facing, solutions-focused role—not a quota-carrying sales position. You will work directly with institutional clients, sales, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into product enhancements, workflows, and best-fit solutions. You will be required to interact confidently with Managing Directors, Heads of Trading, and C-level executives .
Ideal candidates have sold or supported capital-markets technology, data platforms, analytics tools, or fixed-income trading systems—and have the ability to speak fluently with traders, PMs, and technology teams.
This is a senior, high-impact role where your expertise directly shapes our product roadmap and revenue growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for MBS and securitized products across all client engagements.
• Deeply understand client workflows, data use cases, and pain points; translate them into product requirements and solutions.
• Lead product demos, workflow design sessions, and technical discovery meetings.
• Work closely with the engineering team to help shape product roadmap based on market needs.
• Support enterprise sales by providing domain expertise and solution design during pre-sales and post-sales.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and adoption.
• Analyze market structure, client behavior, and emerging needs to recommend new features.
• Represent DeltaBlaze at industry events and client meetings as a trusted product authority.
What You Bring
• 7–10+ years of experience in securitized products or trading-related technology.
• Strong understanding of MBS, CMBS, RMBS, ABS, CLOs, and how institutional clients use data and analytics.
• Experience in product, pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product management within a capital-markets or fintech environment.
• Ability to break down complex technical and market workflows and present them clearly.
• Strong communication skills, with credibility at the MD and C-suite level.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and trading professionals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

• You can work in-person at our Midtown NYC office (not remote).
• You can travel to clients in the tri-state area with occasional travel to other U.S. cities.
